its been 2 years now since i purchased a lot at agv and i realy amazed with the place maski pa marami ng magtayo ng kabahayan. i really love the place, most the poolside..
before i thought nabaha sa lugar na yun coz it was connected to bacao and noveleta.. pero so far di pa naman sya inaabot… meaning that agv got a higher place than the other.
my husband wants me to back out the time na nakakuha ako dito and even i already paid almost a year that time (coz he never see the location when i purchased it)he really wants me to back out.., but the when we came back to spend our vacation and show him the place… he was surprised and amazed and even my ninang tess was amazed coz hindi nila expect na ganun kaganda and agv…. so we’re on it… and my ninang is planning to get one also =)

Hi everyone! I purchased a lot at Antel Grand 2 months ago lang. But for family reason, my boyfriend and I decided not to pursue na lang. There’s nothing wrong with the place, superb talaga!. We’re really sad nga coz when we got there the first time we fell in love with the place kaagad. 2mos. DP pa lang nababayaran namin (6,300/month DP for 18mos, 81sq.m). It’s in Grand Meadows po(near the clubhouse). Thanks!

Balak namin mag outing dun sa resort, magkano po ang entrance. Pwede po bang mag-ihaw and magluto dun. And pwede rin bang mag dala ng alcohol beverages? What time po ang open nung resort and pwede bang magovernight?

hi guys!! hindi po bumbaha jan kase 2 meters higher cya sa mga kalapit n lugar.. though mas mtaas sya ng 2meters, hindi rin nmn bumbaha sa mga kalapit n lugar kase mtaas p yun place compare sa noveleta n mas mbaba so ang tendency ng baha is papunta ng noveleta.. if you want to see the place you can contact the number below. like maricar said above maganda tlga yun place.. and the resort,it’s a plus!!

guys i purchased a lot in Antel Grand Village in Cavite, the place was really nice once magpunta kayo dun it will really make you happy. i got the GRAND MEADOWS village with 89sqm Sunrise (80sqm is no longer available thats why i got this 86sqm) and gave my 10%down payment amounting to Php 57,850 last April 7, 2009 the total value of my lot is 578,500 because it is 86sqm at Php6,500/sqm, my monthly payment is Php8,824.58 for 59months . unfornately guys due to some financial problems i have to sell this again… guys baka you are interested on this i will assure you that you will love the place. i dont have the choice but to sell this at the same price or puede babaan ko ng konti. hope you can help me. thank you guys and god bless.

I am no longer a Filipino citizen and now a citizen of Canada. How will this work for me? Am I allowed to own a property still? Would there be any tax implications form the government? 2. I found the Antel Grand Village web site at http://www.antel.com.ph/agv According to Rissa Martinez (+63.2 750 5457), only Filipino citizens are allowed to own land. Non-Filipinos are allowed to own condominiums, though. For condos, the contact person is Candy (+632 757 2615) Also, once a buyer has paid 30% of the Total Contract Price, they may apply for house construction. It takes about 6 months to construct a duplex house. If the buyer prefers a single-detached unit, they can get in touch with Antel's recommended contractor. If the buyer prefers to design their own house, they are encouraged to discuss the plans with Antel's Engineering group. [From the Admin] Hi, Ms Rowena! This is what I got from Rissa Parsaligan:

There are no reservation fees.

The 80 sq m lot area (Grand Meadows, one of the five villages) costs about P5,000 /sqm (payable for 5 yrs, 0% interest) or about P6,700 in 60 monthly installments. The other lots vary in cost depending on their location.

In Grand Catalina, the standard 100 sq meter lot costs P5,700/sqm while the premium 100 sq meter lot costs P6,000/sqm. Those rates assume a 5-year payment term at 0% interest.
