Hi everyone

My name is Myles Tan and I'm a property specialist from Ayala Land Premier.

Anvaya Cove is Ayala Land's first ever leisure resort located in Morong Bataan. It was launched in 2005 with great success. The 320 hectare Beach and nature club is the ideal place where the mountains meet the sea, where families build long lasting memories and where everyone has a good time

Membership to Anvaya Cove means getting a lot in Anvaya Cove. Ayala has stopped selling membership-only shares to preserve the exclusivity of the Club.

As of March 31, 2010:

Membership cost: 750,000 pesos for single membership
1,000,000 pesos for corporate membership

Average lot size and cost: Average lots in Anvaya range 400sqm-700sqm. Prices range from 9,000-13,000/sqm depending on the views, the heights and orientation

If you'd like a tour of the place please let me know. I'd be more than happy to show you around and welcome you to the Anvaya family when your ready. Thank you and God bless!

Sincerely yours,
Seymour

Would like to check day tour visits only with the kids. In planning for the budget, would like to check your rates, with member invitations and or non members. The inclusive ammenities for each charges. If possible would like to check as well cost of buffet lunch.

Many thanks.

Anvaya Cove will not use tall cement post for streetlights. Instead, they will use bollards or low traffic posts with subtle lightning so that they won't disturb the giant turtles (pawikan), according to planning manager Manny Illana.

Anvaya's first neighborhood (the Cliffside) is ready for tunover to lot owners. It uses a 3.2 kilometer spine road from the entrance to the beach area. Since the S-shaped spine road (asphalt over cement) follows the natural lay of the land and avoids trees, the beauty of Anvaya Cove is slowly and dramatically revealed to you.

The second neighborhood (the Mango Grove, with 98 lots) is undergoing utility works in preparation for a targeted 2nd quarter of year 2007 turnover.

Also under construction are 12 Seaside Villas fronting the beach at Ilingin Bay. This is a fenceless landscaped community to heighten the sense of space of visitors.

The Beach Bar and Grill is expected to be completed before the end of 2006.

The one-hectare Lagoon, conceived to enhance the environmental friendliness of Anvaya, was also recently completed. Darwin Salipsip, department manager of Ayala Land's Construction Management Group, points out that the Lagoon is a focal point of the entire development.

It serves as a backdrop to the Beach club, Great Lawn and the Lagoon Suites which are overnight accommodations exclusively for club members.

Aside from being an amenity for boating and fishing, the Lagoon is expected to attract Philippine mallards, wild ducks that migrate to the area during the rainy season.

Anvaya is rehabilitating a portion of the Lagoon so it can continue to serve as an attractive habitat for the ducks.
