I would just like to advise you that if you’re interested to get another unit at NewportCity/Eastwood City(that is if you haven’t bought one yet)please do so ASAP. Why? ‘Coz the NO DOWNPAYMENT , NO RESERVATION, LOW MONTHLY, NO LUMPSUM PROMO will be ending this month.

Please DO TAKE ADVANTAGE of the Promo because you won’t see such Friendly Terms with other developers.

If you got the payment option with downpayment sir ,you get discounts. But if you just made advance payments,assuming it’s a NO DOWNPAYMENT option, you don’t get discounts po.

FYI! The PRomo for 1br of P15,000/month ist yr then P20,000 then 25,000 and so on is the same, no matter what floor or what size the 1br you are getting. The difference will lie in the turnover balance.Please take note also that the balance payable upon turnover can still be refinanced thru in-house or thru banks.
