Yup! there are available studios and one bedrooms.

they are currently priced at P3.4M to P4M for 36.5sq.m. to 40sq.m.m studios and P5 to 6M for 50sq.m. to 65sq.m. one bedroom flat and loft units.

We have a Promo right now! NO DOWNPAYMENT! AS LOW AS P15,000/month!

I would just like to advise you that if you’re interested to get another unit at NewportCity/Eastwood City(that is if you haven’t bought one yet)please do so ASAP. Why? ‘Coz the NO DOWNPAYMENT , NO RESERVATION, LOW MONTHLY, NO LUMPSUM PROMO will be ending this month.

Please DO TAKE ADVANTAGE of the Promo because you won’t see such Friendly Terms with other developers.
