My wife and I are interested in buying a 1BR Condo in which we could spend about 3 months a year in Manila, and rent out while we not there. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Galleria Ortigas earlier this month and liked the area. We would be interested to know the the following details. When will they be ready to move in? What are the ongoing service fees, Security, cleaning, maintenance etc? Would we be able to rent it out for 9 months of the year? What rental rate would it attract?
