I have a unit in Sonrisa which I bought for 1.788M pre-selling price last June 2008. Unfortunately I underwent operation which consumed most of our finances including what we have set aside for our down payment for the Sonrisa Townhouse by June. I am willing to sell this property at same price 1.788M, all I need is a refund on my 60K which I already paid as part of my equity. Cost of transfer will also be shouldered by the buyer, which I think is just minimal. Thank you.
