As of 04 Feb 2007, PAG-IBIG financing is available at 9% (for funding below P1 million) and at 12% (for funding above P1 million).

Bank Financing is at 11.5%, while Avida Land In-House Financing is at 18% (you are encouraged to go for Bank Financing because several banks are offering attractive fixed interest financing plans).

I am interested in a loft (2-floor condominium) with 2 or 3 bedrooms (between 100 – 150 sqm) including aircon, hot water, balcony, garage lot and security system – anywhere in Metro Manila. The loft can be ready to move in or ready in 2 or 3 years to move in.
