    Please send me a sample computation of the 3 bedroom unit in Cluster 3 with a computation of Pag-ibig financing and in-house financing. Actually, my family saw the sample unit this afternoon but I would like to know the full computation. And also, are the commercial units in the clubhouse still available and how much is the lease price?
