Eton City is the key project of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., found in Sta. Rosa Laguna, and is seen to be the new Makati of the South. Eton City (formerly Asia Brewery) has an area of about 1,000 hectares along South Luzon Expressway at Greenfield Exit and only 40 minutes from Makati.
