You’ll find it at the corner of San Miguel Ave. and Lourdes in the Ortigas Center, Pasig. Eton Emerald Lofts in the Ortigas Center (sometimes also known as Eton Residences Ortigas) is being positioned as the first all-loft condominium in Ortigas. The 41-storey twin tower residential condominium is bounded by Emerald, Sapphire, and Garnet Streets.
There are 1BR (33 to 43 sq m) and 2BR (55 to 100 sq m) all-loft units available, and the prices I’ve seen so far range from P2.1 million to P6.0 million. There will be a retail area at the ground level where you’ll find establishments such as a coffee shop, drugstore, and a grocery, among others.
