Punta Altezza is a 364-household community of Filinvest Land Inc. in Bgy. Punta, which is in Calamba, Laguna. They offer both Commercial Lots, as well as house and lot packages. The house and lots range from 96 to 120 sq m (lot area), and go anywhere from P1.12 million to P2.54 million. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We’ve been seeing a number of “lots for sale” notices for Punta Altezza at Ciudad de Calamba, so if you’re interested in building your own house, you also have that option.
