Hello,
Wondering if you still have 2BR units available; anywhere from 10th-$15th floor. I’m also wondering how fast the closing process is for cash transaction.
Thanks for your help in advance!

my son will start going to school on the ist week of january 2009 at De la Salle-college of st. benilde.
i am interested for your dormitory type arrangement. Do you any vacancies when the classes start on the ist week of january? Can we make early reservation just to make sure he had a place to stay?
[From 1PhilippineRealEstate.com] Hello, Sir Rey! I’ve inquired with Ms. Precy Gatmaitan over the telephone, and there are vacancies. Yes, you may make early reservations, although it would be better if you have a relative here in the Philippines who can visit EGI and see what the dorm units look like.
