The Knightsbridge Residences is the second residential condominium tower rising in Century City (along Kalayaan Avenue), right in the middle of Modern Makati. It offers residential units that you can combine, plus what developers call “hypersized” amenities, all affordably priced. You also have athe option of getting a bare unit, or a fully-furnished unit with 5 interior design options to choose from.

Can you please send me your pricelist and your computation schemes with parking for a 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom units.
Please recommend units with the best views and lay-outs.
