Hello there! I will be in Manila this coming April 2008 and I’m interested to buy studio or 1 bedroom unit so if u could give me the prices of the said units and the area, and turnover date. Pls give me also the payment option and discount rate if any. thanks!

    Henry

[From 1PhilippineRealEstate.com] Hello! There are no studio units left at the Mezza Residences, according
    to Mr. Boyet Samson (+63 906 466 3278).

Some 1-bedroom units are 21 sq. meters (P1.8 million), while other 1BR units are 29 sq m (P2.5 million). The turnover date is
    October 2009.

The downpayment is 20% of the Total Contract Price. You can pay this downpayment over a period of 18 months at zero percent interest.

The remaining 80% can be financed via a Banking loan, or through In-House financing. In the case of the P1.8 million 1BR unit, a typical monthly amortization of the remaining 80% is P27,000 each month for five years.

These are just rough cost estimates, though, and are subject to change.

Please get in touch with Mr. Boyet Samson for your site visit. Thanks!
