Senta is a 45-story residential condominium tower located at 140 Legazpi St. corner Rodriguez St., Legazpi Village, Makati City. It is the latest condo development project of Ayala land’s Community Innovations (now called ALVEO), the country’s leading developer of innovative communities. The tower will rise on a 1.8 hectare lot beside One Legazpi Park in Legazpi Village, Makati City.
The unit types are: Studio, 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR bi-level.
Senta is just 200 meters away from Greenbelt, and is conveniently located near the Makati Central Business District’s top corporate and commercial offices.
