**** CODE ****

Xevera (in Bgy Balibutbut, Bacolor, Pampanga) is “a community for low to middle class income earners that features the amenities of a first class subdivision.”

It is a joint project between Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation in partnership with the Pag-Ibig Fund.

You can live in Xevera for an affordable amortization of as low as P5,600 monthly amortization payable over 30 years. Sounds interesting? There’s more…

Xevera consists of 4,000 fully-furnished townhouse units (Spanish-Portugeuse classical architecture), and has:

  • Wet and dry market
  • Transportation Terminal
  • Clubhouse with olympic-size swimming pool
  • Three-hectare eco-park (coming soon)

Xevera’s community is designed with Old World elegance and modern Filipino culture combined. There’s a P35 million church (donated by Globe Asiatique to the Archdiocese of Pampanga), as well as a P30 million town hall (donated to the municipality of Bacolor).

You’ll also find a school right in the plaza of Xevera that promises to be one of the best schools in the place. This is in partnership with the E-Media program of the ABS-CBN Foundation (who will manage the school).

Pag-Ibig Financing

When you apply for a P750,000 loan at only 7 percent interest, you will already enjoy a huge advantage because this rate is much lower than Pag-Ibig’s usual 16 percent rate. In other words, residents of Bacolor, Mabalacat, San Fernando, and Angeles City can start living like aristocrats in Xevera.

(Prices are subject to change without prior notice.)

No wonder Globe Asiatique, led by president Delfin Lee, is bullish about the project and even aims to duplicate this concept in Davao and perhaps all the major parts of the Philippines.

“Yes, it’s now possible for everyone to live the good life.”
