Antel Grand Village, Cavite

Posted on Nov 04 2006 | Filed in: Cavite

Antel Grand Village is the first and only self-contained community with an island setting. It covers 200 hectares of planned residential villages, community district, a commercial center and a 1.7-hectare resort and country club.

The clubhouse has seven interconnecting pools. You can also relax at the spa, practice golf putting, work out in the gym, and more! And the great thing about this is membership to this resort and country club is absolutely free.

At Antel Grand Village, you can own a lot for as low as P6,700 (about US$134). Lots range from 80 sqm. to 300 sqm. There are no reservation fees nor any downpayment required.

House and lot packages are also available. You can choose from three different home models that evoke Asian contemporary design: wide windows, spacious living area, and a lanai.

Access to major destinations is another thing you’ll like in the Antel Grand Village, because it is located between Kawit and General Trias, Cavite. It is also just a few meters away from the industrial zone of the Cavite Export Zone Authority.

With the new R-1 Expressway, this island community will be 10 minutes away from the Mall of Asia in Macapagal Boulevard. The Alabang Town Center will also be just 10 minutes away through the new Daang Hari Road.

All these advantages make Antel Grand Village a paradise of an island. Call them today at +63.2.7504453.

I would like to get some information concerning the Antel Garnd Village - the available lots, price range, requirements and mode of payment.

[From the Admin] Hi, Ms Rowena! This is what I got from Rissa Parsaligan:

    There are no reservation fees.

The 80 sq m lot area (Grand Meadows, one of the five villages) costs about P5,000 /sqm (payable for 5 yrs, 0% interest) or about P6,700 in 60 monthly installments. The other lots vary in cost depending on their location.

In Grand Catalina, the standard 100 sq meter lot costs P5,700/sqm while the premium 100 sq meter lot costs P6,000/sqm. Those rates assume a 5-year payment term at 0% interest.

Hi. I was reading your website but found it missing key information like house models, pictures, etc. so I have a couple of questions that I need answers.

    1. I am no longer a Filipino citizen and now a citizen of Canada. How will this work for me? Am I allowed to own a property still? Would there be any tax implications form the government?

    2. How long does it take to build a house?

    3. Do you have a website the shows your model houses with details?

    thanks
    Ed

[From the Admin] Thanks for dropping by, Mr. Ed! I found the Antel Grand Village web site at http://www.antel.com.ph/agv

According to Rissa Martinez (+63.2 750 5457), only Filipino citizens are allowed to own land. Non-Filipinos are allowed to own condominiums, though. For condos, the contact person is Candy (+632 757 2615)

Also, once a buyer has paid 30% of the Total Contract Price, they may apply for house construction. It takes about 6 months to construct a duplex house.

If the buyer prefers a single-detached unit, they can get in touch with Antel’s recommended contractor. If the buyer prefers to design their own house, they are encouraged to discuss the plans with Antel’s Engineering group.

I found additional info online about issues concerning foreigners or non-Filipinos and properties in the Philippines:
